Although Valentine's Day has already passed, Wealth-X, a company that focuses its research on rich people, recently listed five of the wealthiest and most eligible bachelors in the world.

They have a combined net worth of $89.8 billion. They are not only identified by how much each of them is worth, but their names are known in different business fields and they are unmarried.

Evan Spiegel

At the young age of 25, Los Angeles-born Evan Spiegel already has a net worth of $2.1 billion. He is the co-founder and chief executive officer of the phone and video messaging application Snapchat, which was created together with his friends while they were still studying at Stanford University. Today, he still assumes as the CEO of the $16-billion photo sharing service/company.

According to Business Insider, Spiegel has not been married yet, but he is currently dating supermodel Miranda Kerr, the ex-wife of Orlando Bloom.

Lukas T. Walton

Raised in National City, California, Lukas Walton is the grandson of Sam Walton, the founder of Walmart superstores. He is an heir of the family business, geting a share of $10.6 billion at 30 years old. However, he only knew about the amount of his wealth, which is more than twice what his mother gets, in November after his father died in a plane crash in 2005.

Not much is known about Walton since he has remained to be living in a low profile. When he was still a child, the young heir was diagnosed with cancer, but was able to survive the condition.

He studied at Colorado College where he earned a degree on environmentally sustainable business. He is currently not married and is working at Cuna del Mar, a private business investing on aquaculture.

Sergey Brin

A Russian-American internet entrepreneur, 42-year-old Sergey Brin is a co-founder of Google, which is worth $475 billion. He is the partner of Larry Page who was his classmate at Stanford University.

As one of the wealthiest persons alive, the computer scientist has a net worth of $35.8 billion. However, his personal life is not as wealthy as his money in the bank. His 8-year marriage ended with a divorce in 2015 after his former wife had found out that he was having an affair with one of his employees. Apparently, Brin and his girlfriend are no longer in a relationship, making him as one of the most eligible bachelors today.

Georg Schaeffler

German businessman, Georg Schaeffler is 51 years old, currently unmarried and is worth $21.4 billion. Together with his mom, he co-owns his father's auto parts manufacturing company, Schaeffler Group.

Although he is a bachelor today, he has four sons from his previous wife. His marriage also ended in a divorce in 2007. Following the separation, he was in a relationship with Dallas Gym owner Erika Nazem. They were reportedly going to tie the knot in 2013, but reports claimed that their relationship had called it quits.

Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdul Aziz al Saud

Founder of Kingdom Holding Co., 60- year-old Prince Alwaleed is one of the wealthiest men alive as he invests his money in all kinds of business firms across the U.S. and Middle East. He currently holds a net worth of $19.9 billion.

The Saudi Arabian prince and magnate has been married four times, but they all resulted to divorce. He recently parted with Princess Ameerah Al-Taweel in 2013. Despite the failed marriages, he maintains to have good friendly relationships with them.

"I had three unsuccessful marriages, yet I have a very good relationship with these wives," he said in an interview with Vanity Fair.
