She released her first album, entitled "My Voice," on Feb. 28. It has gotten praise from fans and the general public as well.

Taeyeon has recently made it to the Billboard World Albums chart. Not only that, she even managed to get to second place. Her album has proven to be a success both locally and internationally.

"My Voice" also got into the 19th spot on the Billboard Heatseekers Album chart. Moreover, it was included in Billboard's Independent Albums chart, taking 43rd place.

Taeyeon's "My Voice" has 13 tracks. It includes "Feel So Fine", "Cover Up", "I Got Love", "I'm OK", "Time Lapse", "Sweet Love", "When I Was Young", "Lonely Night", "Love in Color", "Fire", "Eraser" and "The Time of Walking on Remembrance," among others.

It was previously reported that Taeyeon's lead track, "Fine," topped music charts such as Melon, Genie, and Mnet within just four hours of its release. It also got into the top 10 list of 22 different iTunes song charts.

It has also topped iTunes album charts in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. Taeyeon's "My Voice" album landed in the number one spot on 17 different iTunes pop album charts.

Her album showcased the Girls' Generation vocalist's "soulful vocals through a variety of genres, with an emphasis on pop-rock and woozy R&B." "Fine" is described as "an acoustically-driven alt-pop post-breakup song."

"My Voice" just proves how multifaceted Taeyeon is a singer. She is able to evoke the emotions of going through heartbreak but, come chorus, she is also able to produce angst. Her second song, "Cover Up," proves that she is a versatile singer with its dance vibes.
